Lockett Landscape was founded in 1988 by Pete Lockett, a Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Horticulture. With a passion for plants and design, Pete started the company while balancing family life, often bringing his kids along to job sites where they could learn firsthand about the business.

Over the years, Pete’s dedication and hard work turned Lockett Landscape into a trusted name in the industry. Of his five children, his son JD developed a true love for the work and is now preparing to take over the family business when Pete retires, ensuring that the company’s legacy of quality landscaping and customer care continues for generations to come.
